1. Service Description
ARF CRM Solutions Ltd. provides Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software services, including:
- CRM software licensing and installation
- Technical support and maintenance
- Custom development and integration services
- Training and consultation services
2. License Terms
Upon payment of the license fee, you receive:
- Non-exclusive license to use the CRM software
- Source code access for customization
- Installation support
- Documentation and user guides
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment terms:
- License fees are due upon order confirmation
- Support services are billed monthly or annually
- Custom development is billed at $20/hour
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Credit Card
4. Service Level Agreement
We commit to:
- 99.5% uptime for hosted services
- Response time: 24 hours for support requests
- Resolution time: 72 hours for critical issues
- Regular security updates and patches
5. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR:
- Data is processed lawfully and transparently
- We implement appropriate security measures
- Data is not shared without your consent
- You have full control over your data
6. Intellectual Property
The CRM software and all related materials remain the intellectual property of ARF CRM Solutions Ltd. You receive a license to use the software but do not acquire ownership rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Data loss due to user error
- Third-party service interruptions
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- You retain access to your data
- Support services cease
- License remains valid for installed software
- Outstanding payments become due
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate EU courts.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
